It may be the case that people living with domestic abuse could be at a higher risk than usual during the coronavirus lockdown.

If someone at home is hurting you, or you are concerned for someone’s safety, help is still at hand. The freephone National Domestic Abuse Helpline is open 24 hours a day on 0808 2000 247 or you can contact them online.

In an emergency always call 999. If you are not immediately concerned for your safety, you can report abuse to the police by calling 101.
