Having grown up in Havering and for the last forty years living in Emerson Park, I strongly believe the borough should be run by residents who understand the area. I stood as a Residents’ Association candidate locally in 2018 and look forward to standing again in 2022.

Now retired after a career in finance working both in the city and overseas, I am married with a daughter who attends a local school. A keen golfer and very involved in the local community, I know first-hand the challenges we face and have a vested interest in creating the best possible life for all generations living and working here.

Paul worked in the London Insurance Market for over 35 years until his recent retirement. He is married with two children and has lived in Emerson Park for 18 years. He is a prospective candidate for the Residents’ Association of Emerson Park in the 2022 local elections as he strongly believes that residents need independent representation to address local issues, free from the influence, self interest and control of national political parties.

Paul is also a Governor at Corbets Tey School in Upminster, with particular responsibility for overseeing the ongoing management of the school’s finances. His interests are primarily sporting, enjoying Football, Cricket and Golf in particular.
