Being a local resident for the last 20 years, I know the feelings of local residents and believe that we
can do better in looking after our area. Having recently retired from running a local business, I have a
wealth of managerial experience which I want to bring to our Council.

I am a keen cyclist and being out most days in the local area I get the chance to see what is happening from a resident’s point of view. I know that together we can make Emerson Park a better place to live by putting you, the residents, first.

Having grown up in Havering and for the last forty years living in Emerson Park, I strongly believe the borough should be run by residents who understand the area. I stood as a Residents’ Association candidate locally in 2018 and look forward to standing again in 2022.

Now retired after a career in finance working both in the city and overseas, I am married with a daughter who attends a local school. A keen golfer and very involved in the local community, I know first-hand the challenges we face and have a vested interest in creating the best possible life for all generations living and working here.

As a lifelong resident in Hornchurch/Emerson Park I have a deep affinity with the local area. Educated at Langtons, Emerson Park School and Havering Technical College, I went on to complete 31 years of public service in policing. I have 4 children, all educated or in education locally.

I have always had an observing interest in politics, and as I am now retired with plans to work part time, I will have time on my hands to channel into local affairs. I believe my broad experience as a senior police offcer serves me well to support the local community and ensure it remains a great place to live, as it does today.
