The Army Cadets have four Cadet Detachments and a Company HQ based in Havering, with just under 100 cadets and around 20 Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAVs). Together, they make up half of one of the cadet companies in City of London and NE Sector ACF.
Together with cadet forces from other organisations, they aim to give young people life skills and opportunities that they may not otherwise be able to experience.
They are currently looking for Adult Volunteers and have asked that we promote the video below, which gives information on this. You do not have to have had any previous military experience to become an Adult Volunteer.
