Following our post in mid-May regarding the Council Tax energy bills rebate, Havering Council have now published details of how those in Council Tax Bands A-D who do not pay by Direct Debit, can apply online to receive their £150 rebate. Details are available on the Havering Council Energy Bills 2022 webpage.
The council have stated that those people who do not pay by Direct Debit and are unable or unwilling to apply online, will receive their rebate later in the year. Details of how this will happen are yet to be released.
