From Monday 03 August, parking charges will be re-introduced in all Council car parks on Monday to Saturday. Sundays will be free to park.
From that date, on-street parking bays will be free for the first hour on Monday to Saturday and all day on Sunday. However, charges will apply at other times.

The Residents’ Association of Emerson Park continue to campaign for the council car parks in Hornchurch and Upminster to be free for at least the first 30 minutes, to help our high street shops and businesses.
