Residents across the borough have shown dissatisfaction at the loss of the 30 minutes free parking in Hornchurch and Upminster and will once again be campaigning at the Town Hall to bring it back, before the start of the next Full Council Meeting on Wednesday 22nd January. This is the night that Havering’s Residents Associations pursue their motion at the meeting, to get the reinstatement of the free 30 minutes parking.

The campaign is set to start at 6.30pm outside the Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 3BD, where the Residents’ Association of Emerson Park team and all of Havering’s Residents Association (H.R.A) Councillors will be joining residents at the protest.
