Havering Council’s leaf clearance schedule has now begun, with three teams covering the borough. The teams will be supported by the mechanical fleet, visiting all roads that have high density trees. The residential sweeping teams will continue with the normal cleansing schedule, covering all the remaining residential roads.
The teams will collect bags of leaves from residential properties, for those who clear leaves from the highway or their front garden which originate from the borough’s highway trees. To request this service, residents can use the online service and then place the bags at the boundary of their property.
