Residents’ Association councillors in our neighbouring areas in Cranham and Upminster have recently been contacted by a small number of residents who have either not been receiving copies of Havering Council’s Living in Havering magazine or who have received multiple copies. In one recent example, a resident had eight copies posted through their door all at the same time.
The Council department responsible have told us that they receive very few complaints but would like to hear from anyone who has experienced either of these issues.
