Several of the elected Residents’ Association groups on Havering Council are working together to provide a united Opposition on Havering Council. Together with other Associations in the area (including our own RAEP), they have formed ‘Havering’s Residents Associations‘ (HRA), with the intention of standing candidates across the Borough at the next local elections in 2022.
