The Local Government Boundary Commission for England is currently conducting a review of the number of councillors in Havering and the ward boundaries. The last time this was done was in 1999.
The first stage of the review has just been completed, with the Commission recommending that Havering retains its current number of 54 elected councillors.
The second stage has now begun, with a public consultation seeking peoples views on any changes that there should be to ward boundaries in the Borough, the names of the wards and the number of councillors that should be elected to each ward.
The consultation will be running from now until 02 March 2020 and can be accessed via this link.
Further information can also be obtained by writing to them at Review Officer (Havering), Local Government Boundary Commission for England, 1st Floor, Windsor House, 50 Victoria Street, London, SW1H 0TL.
