Sadly, we have been informed that Swan Books in Corbets Tey Road, Upminster will permanently close on 18 January this year. Many people in the area will have visited their shop at one time or another and it will undoubtedly be a loss to the town.
We have reproduced below the notice that has been placed in their window concerning the closure.
