The Residents’ Association of Emerson Park are members of the Havering’s Residents’ Associations (H.R.A), who are continuing to work together to be in a position to have a majority of councillors in Havering after the 2022 local council elections and form a new Administration that will truly put local people at the heart of the council.
In Emerson Park it will soon be time to start preparing and building on our successes from the last two local elections, when we came very close to being elected and able to represent you in the Council.
