Havering Council have been informed by the police that there have been instances of bogus callers knocking on the doors of elderly residents in Havering, saying they are from the NHS or their GP surgery and offering tests for coronavirus.
NHS workers are not doing such visits and you should not let them into your home. If you are worried about someone who has knocked on your or a neighbour’s door you should call the police on 111.
