Residents’ Association councillors have been receiving messages asking what people can do if they run out of orange recycling sacks.

Havering Council have advised that they are arranging an extra delivery of sacks, starting from next week. However, it takes ten weeks to cover the whole of the borough. They advise that if you have run out of orange sacks, you should put recycling waste in a clear or semi-clear bag and mark it with ‘Recycling’.
