During this difficult time, there is the potential for a negative effect on peoples well-being, especially those who are isolated, vulnerable and bereaved.

Havering Mind is launching their #WeAreNotAlone online campaign and inviting everyone to join in on social media, to let people know that they are not alone, that we are all in this together and that we will get through it.

They are asking people to share a few inspirational words of advice and support with one another. By doing this we can help everyone that views them feel more together and less isolated.

It’s easy to get involved:

  • Create your own short video and add it onto the post on the Havering Mind Facebook page . Videos should ideally be simple, on point and be no longer than 4 minutes.
  • Alternatively you can take a picture of yourself holding up a #WeAreNotAlone sign (Downloadable from image below) and post that.
  • Add the #WeAreNotAlone frame to your Facebook profile picture.

You can view the video on Havering Mind’s Facebook page via this link.
