Havering Council have announced that the Gardens of Remembrance and some of the memorials and ashes burial areas at South Essex Crematorium have now reopened to visitors from 9am to 7pm daily, although some areas still remain closed (please check before attending). This follows the announcement earlier in the week that the adjacent Upminster Cemetery had re-opened.
The car parks at the crematorium are all currently closed, except for persons attending funerals.
