Havering Council have announced that from Monday 08 June the number of mourners at funerals held at South Essex Crematorium will change.
From that date there will be up to 25 mourners allowed in the South Chapel and up to 15 in the East Chapel. A maximum of 25 will be allowed at the graveside at any of the Borough’s cemeteries.
Social distancing guidelines relating to the current pandemic remain. In line with Government instructions, only members of the deceased’s household, close family members, or if there are no family members, close friends, are permitted to attend funerals.
