The following message has been sent to us by the Upminster Schools Parents & Friends Association –
The USPFA committee are sad to announce the cancellation of the Upminster School Fireworks Night!
Our small team of volunteer organisers have closely monitored the COVID19 situation and planning has continued as far as possible. It has become evident, however, that we will be unable to deliver this event to the community.
With all the uncertainty we face over the next few months, public safety must, and will always be at the forefront of our concern.
Please be rest assured, that we plan to make next year’s Firework display the best it has ever been! Saturday 6th November 2021 is a date for your diary, and by then we will surely have a great deal to celebrate!
