Ward councillors have received a briefing this evening (04 November) from Havering Council officials, regarding the forthcoming new national lockdown. The council will be releasing information in the near future on the effect on local services. However, three points of immediate interest to residents were highlighted –
- Weekly waste collection services will proceed as normal
- The recycling centre at Gerpins Lane will remain open
- Parking charges will remain in force in Havering
