Due to the snow and ice, as of 5.30pm on Friday 12 February (2021) there were still around 170 roads and blocks of flats across Havering which had not had their rubbish and/or recycling bags collected this week, including many in Cranham and Upminster.
Havering Council advise anyone who has not had their rubbish collected to check on their website to ensure that their road or block of flats is included on the Missed Collections list. If not, you should report it via the same link. Bags should then be left out again by 7am on subsequent days until they are taken.
