With reference to the current planning application (ref. P0285.21) by the New City College (Ardleigh Green Campus), we have had it confirmed by Havering Council’s Planning Department that the application has been ‘called-in’ and it will therefore go before one of the council’s planning committees for a decision as to whether to grant planning permission.
