Cllr Ray Morgon (Hacton Ward), the leader of the Residents’ Group on Havering Council and member of Haverings’ Residents Associations (H.R.A), has produced a short video explaining the deficiencies in Havering Council’s current system for identifying roads requiring resurfacing.
