As you will see from the map below, Havering’s Residents’ Associations (H.R.A) now offer the most credible alternative to Havering’s Conservatives, who have become too complacent.
The Residents’ Association of Emerson Park are members of the H.R.A, who have been growing their membership since the H.R.A inception in 2019. We have had some amazing people step forward to represent the residents of Havering as H.R.A members.
