Havering Council have announced that to support the borough’s residents and businesses, there will be free parking in council car parks on five consecutive Saturdays in the lead-up to Christmas. These will include the following car parks in Hornchurch –
- Appleton Way
- Keswick Avenue
- Billet Lane
- Dorrington Gardens
- Fentiman Way
- Woodall Crescent
The free parking will start on 27 November and end on 01 January 2022.
