Havering Council have launched a budget consultation, looking towards the borough’s budget for the financial year 2022/23. They are seeking the views of residents and business owners.
The budget proposals put forward following the consultation, will be on behalf of the current Conservative Administration in Havering. Havering’s Residents’ Association (H.R.A) member councillors (of which the Residents’ Association of Emerson Park are also members) have not been asked to give their views and proposals, other than to take part in the public consultation.
