Congratulations to Havering Council’s Parks Department staff and the volunteers who help maintain our local parks, as their efforts have been rewarded by receiving many awards in the London in Bloom competition. Included is Langtons Gardens in Hornchurch, which has been given a Gold Award in the Park of the Year category.
