Havering council have released an App you can download for free to your phone from the App Store or Google Apps, to report dog and animal mess, litter, graffitti and dead animals.
The Love Clean Streets app is an initiative to speed up the time it takes to deal with such problems and allows users to record the exact location and even include a picture, before sending the information to the council. The App can also be used on a computer.
