Havering Council has launched a public survey on peoples’ attitudes towards the outdoor release of sky lanterns and helium balloons, and unauthorised fireworks displays on council land.
The survey, which closes on 12 February 2023, is available via Havering Council’s Lanterns, Balloons and Fireworks webpage.
